Nancy Roberts and Chris Kenney are co-owners of Universal Insights, Inc., a company that provides marketing and mindset solutions to business owners and entrepreneurs.

Nancy and Chris are also co-creators of Income180, a proprietary system that helps business owners turn around their income in 90 days.

Throughout many business ventures, Nancy & Chris realized the mistakes that they were making that were holding them back. When they started correcting these mistakes, their income skyrocketed. Through speaking engagements and strategic coaching, Nancy & Chris have shared these secrets to helped women entrepreneurs across the country achieve their dreams of 6-figure success.

As a Certified Behavioral Analyst, Nancy utilizes a breakthrough business model to assist clients with their message, their market and generating multiple streams of income.

Nancy’s educational background includes studies in Organizational Behavior and Psychology at St. John Fisher, with additional studies in Total Quality Management and Business Administration. She holds a certification in Behavioral Analysis.

As a big believer of lifelong learning, she is also a graduate of the Landmark Education Curriculum, as well as the Strategic Coach and Millionaire Mind Intensive programs.

Nancy has also written two books, “The Little Red Book of Hiring & Firing – 7 Strategies For Finding and Keeping the Best Talent” and “The Top Ten Strategies for Success.”

Chris's Background

For 11 years, Chris Kenney honed his skills as a sales rep and trainer for a National Payroll company. At Paychex, he was a 6 time President’s Club Qualifier and a one-time Circle of Excellence achiever. He also achieved 4th level Diamond Club with close to 2000 payrolls sold in his career.

Knowing firsthand what it takes to succeed in sales, he is living his mission through teaching people how to move to the next level in their business and in their life.

Chris co-designed and leads the popular “Boost Your Business by Overcoming Sales Call Reluctance” workshop that regularly sells out.

His education background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY College at Brockport and coursework toward a Masters Degree in Counseling in Education from Nazareth College of Rochester.
